The Istana Residence had the potential to be one of Phuket’s most prestigious residential developments. The Gary Fell design was of the highest caliber which would have lasted through the ages. Unfortunately, the project was suspended and due to a dispute between DCM and the developer. The arbitration conducted by the ICC was awarded in favour of DCM.
