DCM completed the construction of the Promenada Shopping Center in Chiang Mai, Thailand in June 2013.

The Promenada is a unique shopping experience because it is a “Resort Mall” with resort style shopping. The Promenada includes open-air areas integrated into shopping areas to allow for a more fulfilled shopping experience.

Some of the unique features of the Promenada include a fountain with water shows, an open-air theater, themed zones, child edutainment center, and much more.
