Project Description
Royal Sands Koh Rong was DCMC Construction Limited’s first major project in Cambodia. DCMC is DCM JV company based in Phnom Penh. DCMC was contracted to construct all the infrastructure and facilities buildings, back of house buildings, public area buildings and executive villas inclusive of MEP. A logistically challenging project due to the location of Koh Rong and available sea transportation, much of the structural elements were pre-cast on the mainland and shipped by barge.
