DCM Solutions Ltd has now officially achieved its ISO 9001:2008 certification from Bureau Veritas Certification (cert no. TH09000106).
The overall process was detailed and time consuming but all of our staff, in conjunction with our QMR and consultants, were up for the task.
Now a little over 6 months after it all began, DCM is ISO 9001 compliant. The ISO 9001 is all about continual improvement and that is what we’re aiming for. DCM plans on continually evaluating its quality management system and making adjustments where necessary.
The next goal: ISO 14000 – Environmental Management System.
