DCM Solutions Ltd. is pleased to announce that we have officially increased our registered capital to 100,000,000 Thai Baht with the Ministry of Commerce on October, 20 2009.
The increase in paid-up capital was made so as to keep in line with the company’s goal of listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand during or after 2012. The company also wanted to invest in operations in order to prepare for a forecast increase in new projects that we expect will start during the first quarter of 2010.
DCM is excited about the coming New Year and welcomes the challenges that it will bring.
